Refund policy

SWORKS Outdoor s.l. guarantees that, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may return it within 14 calendar days of completing your purchase.

To notify us of your wish to return the product purchased, you may send an email to info@rratsoutdoor.com, stating your personal details and order number.

The refund of your purchase will be made once the product has been received at the address indicated and it has been confirmed that the returned item is in the same condition in which it was sent, has not been washed or used, and retains its labels and packaging in the condition in which it was dispatched.

If the return is because the product received does not meet your expectations and the returned product is in the condition described above, the purchase price will be refunded, with the buyer bearing the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to a defect in the item, SWORKS Outdoor s.l. will bear the return costs once it has physically verified the defects. Returns sent carriage forward (cash on delivery) will not be accepted.

Condition and presentation of the product

  • The images of our products have been produced with the utmost care to reflect the items faithfully. However, due to differences in screens or lighting, there may be slight colour variations compared with the actual product. SWORKS OUTDOOR S.L is not responsible for these differences.

  • Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for items showing damage from use. We recommend trying the products on carefully.

  • All items are checked before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition.

  • The parcel must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and exactly as it was received.

  • The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
