TRADE POLICY

Returns

SWORKS Outdoor sl guarantees that if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can return it within 15 calendar days after the formalization of your purchase.

To notify us of your intention to return the purchased product, you can send an email to info@rratsoutdoor.com , indicating your personal details and order number.

The returned item should be sent to the following address:

Your purchase amount will be refunded once the product has been received at the indicated address and it has been verified that the returned item meets the same conditions as when it was sent, has not been washed or used, and maintains the labeling and packaging in the condition in which it was sent.

If the return is due to the product received not meeting your expectations and the returned product is in the conditions described above, the purchase price will be refunded, with the buyer assuming the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a defect in the item, SWORKS Outdoor sl will cover the return shipping costs once the defects have been physically verified. Returns sent with postage due will not be accepted.

Shipping

Order preparation is done intraday at our logistics center in Granollers (Barcelona)

Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer and the destination country of the order; however, the cost is always clearly specified during the online purchase process and before making the payment.

Shipping costs do not include any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country. If you have any questions about whether your country applies any such duties or taxes, we recommend contacting your local Chamber of Commerce or similar authority for this information.

Once the purchase process is complete, the user will receive a purchase confirmation email, which will specify the order number for any subsequent tracking or claims.

During the purchase process, the maximum delivery time from the purchase confirmation is also displayed. This timeframe may occasionally be affected by customs delays, which are beyond our control.
