PRIVACY POLICY

By registering at www.rratsoutdoor.com, you authorise SWORKS Outdoor s.l. (also RRAT’s Outdoor) to include the personal data you provide in a file owned by SWORKS Outdoor s.l. and to use and process that data for the purpose of promoting its products.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the User is informed that their personal data will be added to files owned by SWORKS Outdoor s.l. for the purposes of customer management, advertising and commercial prospecting, including the sending (by post, email or other electronic means) of commercial communications about products, services, offers, promotions and news of the SWORKS Outdoor s.l. group. 

For purposes directly related to those set out in the previous paragraph, the User’s data may be disclosed to other companies of the SWORKS Outdoor s.l. group that may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including countries that do not offer an equivalent level of data protection.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to SWORKS Outdoor s.l. is true and accurate.

Terms of use

Access to and use of the website www.rratsoutdoor.com (hereinafter, the Website) makes the visitor a user of the Website and implies the user’s full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website

Intellectual and industrial property

The Website and its content, including texts, designs, graphics, logos, icons and buttons, as well as software, trade names, trademarks, works, illustrations, photographs or industrial designs, and any other sign capable of use and commercial exploitation (i) are owned by SWORKS Outdoor s.l. or by third parties who have duly authorised their inclusion on the Website and (ii) are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Under no circumstances shall SWORKS Outdoor s.l. be deemed to grant any licence or to waive, transfer or assign, in whole or in part, any such rights, nor to grant any right or expectation of right, in particular to alter, transform, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate this content, without the prior express written authorisation of SWORKS Outdoor s.l. or of the corresponding rights holders or owners.

The User may only use the Website and its content for personal and private purposes. Any other use is prohibited and requires the prior express written authorisation of SWORKS Outdoor s.l. 

Users’ obligations

In general, Users must act in accordance with the law, accepted standards of conduct and the requirements of good faith, exercising due diligence and refraining from using the Website in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the proper and normal operation of the Website, or the property or rights of SWORKS Outdoor s.l., its suppliers, other Users or any third party in general.

Specifically, and without limiting the previous paragraph, when using the Website the User undertakes to:

  1. a) Provide true information in the data requested in registration or order forms, and keep it up to date.
  2. b) Not introduce, store or disseminate via the Website any information or material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening or xenophobic, that incites violence or discrimination on grounds of race, sex, ideology or religion, or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, the honour, privacy or image of third parties or, in general, current legislation.
  3. c) Not introduce, store or disseminate via the Website any program, data, virus, code or any other electronic or physical device that may cause damage to the Website, to any of its services, or to any of the equipment, systems or networks of SWORKS Outdoor s.l., of any other user, of the suppliers of SWORKS Outdoor s.l. or of any third party in general.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Website’s terms of use are subject to the law, and any disputes arising from them shall be settled by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain, which shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any other. This is without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence where the User is a consumer and user as provided for in Law 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as other complementary laws or any legislation in force that replaces it from time to time.


SALES POLICY

Returns

SWORKS Outdoor s.l. guarantees that if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may return it within 15 calendar days of completing your purchase.

To notify us that you wish to return the product purchased, you may send an email to info@rratsoutdoor.com, stating your personal details and order number.

The returned item must be sent to the following address:

  • Barcelona (Spain)

The refund of your purchase will be made once the product has been received at the address indicated and it has been confirmed that the returned item is in the same condition in which it was sent, has not been washed or used, and retains its labels and packaging in the condition in which it was dispatched.

If the return is because the product received does not meet your expectations and the returned product is in the condition described above, the purchase price will be refunded, with the buyer bearing the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to a defect in the item, SWORKS Outdoor s.l. will bear the return costs once it has physically verified the defect. Returns sent carriage forward will not be accepted.

Shipping

Orders are prepared on the same day at our logistics centre in Granollers (Barcelona)

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer and the destination country of the order; however, the cost is always clearly stated during the online checkout process and before payment is made.

Shipping costs do NOT include any customs duties or fees applied by the destination country of the order. If you are unsure whether your country applies any such fee / tax, we recommend contacting your local Chamber of Commerce or a similar body for this information.

Once the purchase is complete, the user will receive an order confirmation email stating the order number for any subsequent tracking or claim.

During checkout you are also informed of the maximum delivery time from confirmation of the purchase. On occasion, this time may be affected by customs delays, which are beyond our control and which we cannot influence.

If for any reason the product you have bought is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer you another with similar characteristics. If you do not accept the proposed alternative, the full amount of your purchase will be refunded.

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order because the recipient repeatedly cannot be found at the delivery address given, and the order has to be returned to our warehouse, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.
