Terms of use

Access to and use of the website www.rratsoutdoor.com (hereinafter, the Website) confers the status of user on the visitor to the Website and implies the user’s full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website

Intellectual and industrial property

The Website and its content, including texts, designs, graphics, logos, icons and buttons, as well as the software, trade names, trademarks, works, illustrations, photographs or industrial designs, and any other sign capable of use and commercial exploitation (i) are the property of and owned by SWORKS Outdoor s.l. or by third parties who have duly authorised their inclusion on the Website, and (ii) are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.

Under no circumstances shall SWORKS Outdoor s.l. be deemed to grant any licence or to waive, transfer or assign, in whole or in part, any such rights, nor to grant any right or expectation of right, and in particular any right to alter, transform, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate this content without the prior express written authorisation of SWORKS Outdoor s.l. or of the corresponding rights holders or owners.

The User may only use the Website and its content for their personal and private use. Any other use is prohibited, for which the User requires the prior express written authorisation of SWORKS Outdoor s.l. 

Users’ obligations

In general, Users must act in accordance with the law, accepted standards of conduct and the requirements of good faith, exercising due diligence and refraining from using the Website in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the correct and normal operation of the Website or the property or rights of SWORKS Outdoor s.l., its suppliers, other Users or any third party in general.

Specifically, and without this implying any restriction of the previous paragraph, when using the Website the User undertakes to:

  1. a) Provide truthful information in response to the data requested in registration or order forms, and keep it up to date.
  2. b) Not introduce, store or disseminate from the Website any information or material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening or xenophobic, that incites violence or discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, ideology or religion, or that in any way offends morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, the honour, privacy or image of third parties or, in general, the regulations in force.

Privacy policy

By registering on www.rratsoutdoor.com, you authorise SWORKS Outdoor s.l. (also RRAT’s Outdoor) to include the personal data provided in a file owned by SWORKS Outdoor s.l. and to use and process such data for the purpose of promoting its products.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the User is informed that their personal data will be included in files owned by SWORKS Outdoor s.l. for the purposes of customer management, advertising and commercial prospecting, including the sending (by post, email or other electronic means) of commercial communications about products, services, offers, promotions and news of the SWORKS Outdoor s.l. group. 

For purposes directly related to those set out in the previous paragraph, the User’s data may be disclosed to other companies of the SWORKS Outdoor s.l. group that may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including countries that do not offer an equivalent level of data protection.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Website’s terms of use are subject to the applicable legislation, and any disputes arising from them shall be settled by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain, which shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to the exclusion of any other. This shall be without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence where the User qualifies as a consumer and user under Law 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as other complementary laws or any regulations in force that may replace it from time to time.
