That's why we have designed a quick, simple, and hassle-free return system, so you can shop with complete peace of mind, knowing that, if you need to, managing a return or size exchange will be a safe and convenient process.
You have two options to process your return or size exchange. You can choose the option that is most convenient for you.
OPTION 1: OPEN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Look for your order confirmation email. Within this email, you will find a button that says "View your order"; through this, you will access a window, you need to find the option to create a request.
If you cannot find this email, check your spam folder; sometimes some emails are sent there.
OPTION 2: THROUGH THE WEBSITE
Once you are on the RRAT's Outdoor website, on the right, you will see a person icon; there, you can log in with the email address you used to place the order, then, you just have to click the button that says "create a request". Within this option, you can indicate what you want, whether you want to change the size or simply return one or more products.

Once you have created the request, all you have to do is follow the instructions that will appear on the screen. They will guide you step by step to correctly complete the return or size exchange, making your process simpler and easier to understand.
